Alexandra Park’s $200million development is an urban village to bring more residential housing to Auckland’s tumultuous housing market.

Located in the green suburb of Epsom, the development has been a great opportunity for Jeff Dermott Painting to expand into the Auckland market.

We relocated staff to the city to oversee our involvement, which is completing the intumescent work on apartments and individual units, as well as timber facades.
